THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
- THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PARTICULAR CONTEXT.
- ANY CONTENT GENERATED BY THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS WITHOUT REVIEW OR REVISION.
- ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEACHMODO AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN PARTICULAR, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT IN EDUCATIONAL SETTINGS, INCLUDING CLAIMS RELATED TO ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TeachModo and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to:
- Your use of the Service.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of the rights of another person or entity.
- Your use of AI-generated content in educational settings.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account through the user interface where available.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating TeachModo, except to the extent mandatory laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise. If you are located in the United States, any non-waivable consumer protections or similar rights available to you under applicable law remain unaffected.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TeachModo regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements and understandings relating to the Service.
